01About these terms

02Eligibility and research use
To order, you must be at least 18 years old and a qualified researcher, or ordering on behalf of an organisation that carries out laboratory research.
All materials are supplied for laboratory research only. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for use as food, drugs, cosmetics or household products.
03Product information
Product descriptions identify each material for research purposes. They are not medical information or advice. Images are illustrative, and labels may show a different lot from the one you receive.
The certificate of analysis for your lot is the reference document for that material.
04Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it only when we email a confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price is wrong, or the order doesn't meet our research use policy. If we do, you'll get a full refund.
05Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes stated at checkout. Shipping is shown separately before you pay. Payment is taken by card or bank transfer. Bank transfer orders ship once funds arrive.
06Delivery and risk
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Responsibility for the materials passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
07Your responsibilities
- Handle, store and dispose of materials according to the supplied documentation and your institution's safety procedures.
- Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you and your research.

We are not liable for losses caused by misuse, by use outside a laboratory setting, or by failure to follow these terms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs we suffer because you broke these terms or the research use policy, or misused a material.
10Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, the logo and label designs, belongs to The Premium Labs and may not be copied without permission.
11Governing law
