Research use policy

01Intended use

Every material we sell is intended for in vitro and laboratory research only. None are approved for human or veterinary use, and none may be used as food, drugs, cosmetics or household products.

02Who may buy

Orders are accepted from people aged 18 or over who are qualified to handle research materials, or who order on behalf of an organisation that does laboratory research.

03No dosing or usage advice

We don't provide advice on dosing, administration, reconstitution for personal use or effects in people or animals. Our team won't answer questions of this kind, and asking them may lead us to decline your order.

Questions about lot documents, specifications, availability and shipping are always welcome.

04Your confirmation at checkout

Before placing an order, you confirm that the materials are for laboratory research only, will not be used on humans or animals, and that you meet the requirements above.

05Orders we decline

We review every order. We decline, and fully refund, any order that suggests use outside a laboratory, including orders where messages, notes or other signs point to personal use. We may also close accounts that repeatedly break this policy.

06Handling and safety

Handle, store and dispose of all materials according to the supplied lot documentation and your institution's safety procedures. Only trained people should handle them.

07Compliance with the law

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to buying, importing and using research materials where you are.

08Reporting a concern

If you believe a material has been misused or misrepresented, email hello@thepremiumlabs.com. We take every report seriously.
