Reading a certificate
What your certificate shows.
- Material and sizeThe product name and code, matching your vial label.
- Lot numberTies the document to the batch your vial came from.
- IdentityMass spectrometry confirms the material is what it says it is.
- PurityHPLC measures how much of the sample is the target material.
- Date of analysisWhen that lot was tested.

HPLC
How pure is it?
High-performance liquid chromatography separates a sample into its parts. The main peak is the target material. Smaller peaks are anything else, and their size gives the purity figure.
Mass spectrometry
Is it the right material?
Mass spectrometry measures the mass of the molecules in a sample. When the measured mass matches the expected mass of the material, its identity is confirmed.
From lot to label
The label and the paperwork always match.
- Product code, such as BPC20, identifies the material and amount.
- Lot number links the vial to its certificate.
