Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose a material and size, add it to your cart and go to checkout. You'll confirm research use, enter your details and pay. We email a confirmation once your order is accepted.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out with your email address. Your confirmation and tracking are sent there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships. Email us with your order number. See returns and refunds.
What do the product codes mean?
The code names the material and amount. For example, R10 is RETA 10 mg, TR20 is Tirzepatide 20 mg and BAC10 is 10 ml of BAC Water.
Payment
How can I pay?
By card or bank transfer. Bank transfer orders ship once the payment arrives.
When is my card charged?
When you place the order. If we decline or cancel it, we refund you in full.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment. Standard tracked delivery then takes 3–5 business days, and express takes 1–2.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free over $150, otherwise $12. Express is $28. See the shipping policy.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How is my order packed?
Crimp-sealed vials, cushioned and protected from light, in a plain, unbranded outer box.
Documentation
What is a certificate of analysis?
A document showing the test results for a specific lot, including identity and purity. See quality and documentation.
When do I receive the documents?
They are emailed with your order confirmation.
Can I see documents before I buy?
Yes. Ask the team with the product code and we'll send the current lot's paperwork.
Research use
Who can order?
Qualified researchers aged 18 or over, working in an appropriate laboratory setting. Materials are not for human or veterinary use.
Can you give dosing or usage advice?
No. We don't give dosing, administration or personal-use advice of any kind. See our research use policy.
Why do I confirm research use at checkout?
Every order must meet our research use policy. We review each order and decline any that suggest use outside a laboratory.
Returns
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund the affected items.
Can I return something I no longer need?
We can't accept returns of materials delivered as ordered, to protect the integrity of every lot. You can cancel before dispatch for a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
